Port of Skagit Creates a Buzz in Seattle

Burlington -- The Port of Skagit’s high occupancy rate, reported in a press release on April 18, has gained the attention of the Seattle media.
In an April 26 article headlined “Real Estate Buzz: Industrial market blooms in Skagit County,” Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce Real Estate Editor Marc Stiles wrote: “The Port of Skagit reports there is nearly 1.3 million square feet of space on port-owned property and it's 98 percent occupied. Only two vacant spaces are left, and the port is in negotiations for the larger one.”
