Skagit Port Commission Changes Meeting Times

Burlington – The Port of Skagit has changed the starting times of its two monthly commissioners’ meetings. Starting in February, the regular business meeting will begin at 3 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month, and the work session will begin at 3 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month.
The commission voted unanimously to make the change at the request of new District 2 Commissioner Steven Omdal, who explained that afternoon meetings would be a better fit for his work schedule.
