T-HANGAR UPDATE:  February 15, 2019

Due to the challenging weather this month, many tenants have been unable to make it to the property to evaluate their hangar and work toward options for relocation. To provide some relief under these circumstances, the Port will extend the deadline for vacating these hangars until April 15, 2019.

The Port will require that all tenants who receive this extension sign a liability release before the February 28thdate. We will be back in touch next week with more information and will work very closely with all affected tenants to get the required documentation signed before February 28th. We can work via electronic means for those who can’t come into the office to sign the release.

There have been many questions regarding the yellow tag status. We are still working through those options and will have more information for you next week.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work this issue. For now, we hope this extension will provide some relief for tenants in hangar buildings A through E as the Port continues to work on short-term and long-term options.
