As senior accountant, Gardener coordinates and performs designated accounting and finance functions. She also prepares internal and external financial reports, and she provides technical analysis and review of financial records.

She previously worked part-time for the City of Mount Vernon as the assistant city attorney. She earned a juris doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 2008.

In her new job, Moses will be responsible for coordinating public works contracting and rosters, preparing contracts and providing administrative support for port projects. She also will perform grant writing and administration.
