US Customs Request for Services

Port of Skagit is working with U.S. Customs and Border Protection under a Reimbursable Services Program. This program brings a great benefit to the community in providing international access to Skagit Regional Airport. The Port of Skagit charges a user-fee for all international arrivals requiring clearance. The fees are used to offset the cost of the Reimbursable Program.
